Submit Your Application Start by completing the rental application through our online application process. You’ll need to provide the required information and supporting documents in accordance with Queensland rental legislation. 2. Application Assessment Once received, your application will be reviewed based on relevant rental criteria, including your ability to meet the tenancy obligations and information provided by your nominated references. All applications are assessed fairly and consistently in accordance with Queensland residential tenancy and anti-discrimination requirements. 3. Application Approved If your application is successful, we’ll contact you with the next steps. 4. Pay Your Bond & Rent Your rental bond is lodged with the RTA, Queensland’s statutory rental authority. You’ll receive confirmation and your bond details once the payment has been processed. ​ 5. Welcome to Your New Home Once all required payments and tenancy arrangements have been completed, we’ll arrange the handover of the keys.
