What do you need to do?
Find the right Queensland tenancy form quickly and easily.

Found a property you’d like to call home? Complete your rental application and provide the required information and supporting documents for assessment. Make sure all details are accurate and complete to help us process your application as efficiently as possible.

If you would like to keep a pet at your rental property, you must first seek written approval from the property manager or owner. Complete the Request for Approval to Keep a Pet in a Rental Property (Form 21) and submit it to your property manager or owner for consideration.

When your tenancy ends, you can apply to have your rental bond refunded through RTA. Make sure your rent and any outstanding amounts are finalised, the property has been returned in the required condition, and all keys have been returned before submitting your bond refund request.

If you are planning to move out, the correct process will depend on whether your tenancy is ending at the end of the agreement or you wish to leave early. Check the applicable notice requirements and submit the appropriate notice before vacating the property.

If you would like to make an alteration, fixture or other change to the rental property, you should seek approval from the property manager or owner before carrying out the work. Provide details of the proposed change so your request can be considered before you proceed.

Your Entry Condition Report records the condition of the property at the beginning of your tenancy and is an important reference when you move out. If you need another copy of your completed report, please contact your property manager.
